Question by Maybe_Baby: Mirena came out a few weeks ago... a few questions, please answer!!!?
My mirena came out a few weeks ago and my husband and I have had sex multiple times. I have not had any bleeding or anything like a period... I am curious if anyone had their mirena fall out or taken out, how long it took for you to have a cycle? or did you get pregnant shortrly after the mirena came out and didnt ever get a regular period???

I had the Mirena in from March 2006 to the first week of January 2011 (I can't remember the exact date). I had no periods the entire time. It took me three full weeks after removal to get my cycle, and even then it was super short and super light (two an a half days instead of what used to be my usual heavy 7). I guess that was because it was my first cycle in so very long. But then my next cycle didn't come and I got a positive pregnancy test on 2/26, so I never really had a regular period. We were planning to wait for three full cycles before TTC.
